Business identity
Golden Volt Pty Ltd. ABN 68 686 692 259. Electrical Contractor Licence 308245C.
Golden Volt is a licensed electrical and automation contractor serving Byron Bay, Northern Rivers, Tweed Heads and Gold Coast project sites.
Golden Volt works across electrical, EV charger, switchboard, KNX, C-Bus and smart home automation projects. The business is based in South Golden Beach and handles enquiries across northern NSW and southeast Queensland service areas.
The work sits where licensed electrical safety and automation design overlap. That means the first conversation is not just about fitting a device. Golden Volt needs to understand the switchboard, cable routes, site access, existing controls, planned renovations, future EV or solar plans, and how the home or business needs to operate once the work is complete.
For automation projects, the aim is reliable control that owners and trades can still understand later. Useful enquiries include plans, room lists, preferred scenes, existing hardware, switch locations, rack or panel photos, and any known problems with current controls.

Send the suburb, job type, photos, access constraints and any urgency so Golden Volt can respond with the right next step.
Electrical faults, switchboard upgrades, EV chargers and automation systems can look simple from the outside and become very different once the site is assessed. Golden Volt asks for photos and context early so the advice is specific, the safety risks are visible, and the quote conversation starts from the real site conditions.
For urgent faults, the priority is safety and isolation. For planned work, the priority is making sure the scope matches the property, current compliance needs and future loads. For automation, the priority is a clean control design that remains usable after handover.
Electrical work, automation upgrade, trade partnership or something else, tell us about the project and one of the directors will be in touch.
